What counts as a question?
One message you send. A follow-up in the same chat is another question. A quiz answer is one too.
What happens when I hit the daily limit?
The chat tells you, and the limit resets at midnight UTC. On Free that is a sign-in or a plan away; on Plus and Pro it is a long day of studying.
Does a plan renew by itself?
No. You pay for a month or a year, and when it ends you decide whether to pay again. Nothing is charged without you.
Can I get a refund?
A duplicate or missing payment is refunded in full. A plan you have used is not, as the refund policy says.
