Plans and receipts are in your account
You do not need to write to us to start. Sign in to your account, pick a plan, and the receipts and the usage log are there. Write to us if something in that flow stops you.
A charge you want explained
Send the email address on the account and the date of the payment. The refund policy says what is refunded and how.
A wrong answer
It happens; the model is good, not perfect, and every answer ends with a way to check it for that reason. If you want to tell us, paste the question and the answer and say what was wrong. We read these and they shape the modes.
A safety concern
If something in a reply worried you, or you think a child under 13 has an account, write to us with what you saw. For a security problem with the site itself, send the steps to reproduce it and please do not post it in public first.
