Nerdly is an AI homework helper. You paste a problem, an essay prompt or a passage, and it works through it the way a good tutor would: the steps, the reason behind each one, the answer, and a way to check it. It also checks work you have already done, and quizzes you on a topic before a test.
Who runs it
Uplink Switch LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. It runs the site, the account area where plans live, and the service behind the chat. It does not train AI models; each question goes to a model served under contract, the answer comes back, and the service records that a question was asked and what it cost. The models are not named on this site, and they change as better ones come out.
How it is meant to be used
To understand the work, not to skip it. That is why the default mode explains instead of just answering, why Check my work stops at the first wrong step instead of finishing the problem, and why every answer ends with something you can verify yourself. The honor code says the rest.
How the plans work
5 questions a day with no account, 10 with a free one. Plus and Pro raise that to 150 and 500 and give longer answers. A plan runs for the month or year you paid for and never renews by itself. Prices are on the pricing page.
What we keep
One usage record per question: the time, the length in tokens and the charge. Not the question and not the answer. Chats are saved in your browser, so they are yours to keep or clear. The privacy page has the full list.
